Is the conference online or in person?
This year's conference is held exclusively online.
What are the dates of the conference?
November 18-21, 2025.
Will CEUs be available?
Yes, CEUs will be available. Additional details will be available on our CEUs and Graduate Credit page later this fall.
Is there a group rate available this year?
A separate group discount is not available for OCALICONLINE. Select a standard conference rate, and then use these group instructions to register.
Can I register the day of the live event or anytime during?
Yes! Registration is open until the final day of the event.
I'm not attending the event, but I need to register a separate individual. How can I do this?
There are two options for registering someone else on their behalf. You can either a) obtain their OCALI Pass login credentials and use their account to log in and complete the process, or b) complete the PDF form.
It is not possible to log in using your own account to register someone else. The name under which you logged in will be the account which is registered to attend.
I can only attend one or two days of the event, not all. Is there a single-day or two-day rate available?
The conference is one flat rate, whether you can attend one day, two days, or all days. On-demand registration is included in all rates.
I can no longer attend. Can someone else come in my place? How do I transfer a registration?
In order to transfer your registration, please email your request. All transfers are free of charge. Include the name and email address of the original registrant, as well as the name, email, job title, and any requests for accommodations for the new registrant.

Do you need proof that I am a parent or family member of someone with a disability for the parent/family member rate?
We welcome all parents and family members of someone with autism or a disability to register at the parent/family member rate. No proof or verification is required.
