    What is OCALI Pass?

Payment Information


What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment is accepted in the form of credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA), checks, and purchase orders.

What information do you need for a purchase order?

Purchase order payments require the following information:

  • Purchase order number
  • Organization name
  • Accounts payable name, phone and email address

Please make checks payable to the ESC of Central Ohio, OCALI/OCALICON's fiscal agent. 

Could you send me your W-9?

Email to request a copy of OCALI's W-9.

OCALI is not in our vendor system, who is your fiscal agent?

The ESC of Central Ohio (ESCCO) is OCALI's fiscal agent. Please note that the ESC of Central Ohio and OCALI offices are located in different buildings and have different mailing addresses. OCALI's address is 470 Glenmont Ave, Columbus, OH 43214. The ESCCO's address is 2080 Citygate Drive, Columbus, OH 43219.

Do I have to have my purchase order (PO) open before registering?

Yes, you must have your PO open and available before registering. The system requires that you enter a valid PO number in order to complete the process.
