Transfer and Cancellation
If you would like to transfer your registration to someone else or cancel, please follow these instructions:
- Transfers: Your registration is transferable to someone else at no charge. In order to transfer your registration, please email your request to the conference team. Include the name and email address of the original registrant, as well as the name, email, job title, and any requests for accommodations for the new registrant.
- Cancellations: All cancellations submitted on or before Friday, October 13, 2023, will receive a full refund. Cancellations after Friday, October 13, 2023, will incur a $50.00 processing fee per individual paid registration. A request to cancel an attendee registration must be submitted by notifying the conference team. Cancellation will revoke your access to both the live sessions and on-demand recordings.
