On-Demand Content

Life doesn't stop just because the conference starts.

Some days go exactly as planned. Others don't. That's why on-demand is included as part of your conference experience.

On-demand access allows you to catch sessions you miss, revisit presentations that resonated with you, and explore content from concurrent sessions you couldn't attend live. It gives you the flexibility to learn in the moments that work best for you, both during and after the event.

We'll always encourage live participation whenever possible. That's where meaningful conversations, networking, and real-time engagement happen. But when life pulls you in another direction, you don't have to miss out on the learning.

Learn live when you can. Catch up when you can't.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access OCALICONLINE on-demand?

Similar to how you access the live event, you will log into your OCALI Pass account and use the Session Sorter to find the session you want to watch on-demand. Available sessions will have a blue button under the title which says, "On-Demand." Click the button and you will be taken to a Zoom window where you must enter your information for attendance purposes and then you can view the recording.

Which conference sessions will be available on-demand?

All sessions will be available on-demand.

How do I decide which session to attend if there are multiple sessions within the same time block that I'm interested in attending?

We hear this question a lot, but it really is a matter of personal priorities for you. If there's a session where you would maybe want to connect with other attendees to discuss content live in the chat or ask the presenter questions directly, that may be the session to prioritize. If you don't mind watching your other sessions as recordings and maybe don't need to interact as much, then watch those sessions on-demand.

Can I receive CEU credits for viewing on-demand recordings?

This depends on the licensing organization. Some organizations will provide credit for viewing recordings, others will not. As we submit applications and receive notification of status, we will post details to our website. Please carefully review the instructions in order to receive appropriate credit.

How soon after a session is live will the recorded on-demand version be available?

We anticipate recordings will be available the Monday after the conference.

How long will OCALICONLINE on-demand be available?

On-demand recordings will be available until January 11, 2027.
