Group Instructions
Please select the appropriate rate and follow the instructions for registering a group based on your preferred method of submission and payment. All rates are per person. Group discounts are not available.
Options for registering a group
There are two options for registering a group using a purchase order. Specific instructions are listed farther down.
- Option 1: One person (who must also be attending) first completes registration online (including purchase order payment information) using his/her own account. He/she then shares the 4-digit group code with all remaining group members. Each remaining group member is responsible for completing their own registration using the code.
- Option 2: One person completes the PDF group form on behalf of the group and submits to events@ocali.org. The conference team then completes the registration process on behalf of the group.
If paying by credit card, please complete the steps for Option 2. The conference team will then register everyone and call for credit card information.
Option 1 Steps
One person (who must also be attending) first completes registration online (including purchase order payment information) using his/her own account. He/she then shares the 4-digit group code with all remaining group members. Each remaining group member is responsible for completing their own registration using the code.
Step 1
- The first person attending logs in using his/her own account. Once logged in, select the appropriate rate, then complete all registration questions and payment information.
- When asked for form of payment, select "Start a new group purchase order," and enter all necessary PO information.
- Submit.
Step 2
- You will know you have properly completed registration when you have received a confirmation email from events@ocali.org with the subject line "Registration Invoice - OCALICONLINE 2025." Save the 4-digit group code given in the confirmation email sent to the first registrant's email address.
Step 3
- Share the 4-digit group code with all remaining group members.
Step 4
- Each remaining group member will then either log into his/her existing account or create a new one, select the appropriate rate, and complete the registration questions.
- When asked for payment, select "Add to existing group purchase order," and search using the 4-digit group code.
- Confirm the details match and complete the registration.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the attendee and the accounts payable contact upon completion. Remaining group members will know they have properly completed registration when they have received a confirmation email from events@ocali.org with the subject line "Registration Invoice - OCALICONLINE 2025."
Option 2 Steps
One person completes the PDF group form on behalf of the group and submits to events@ocali.org. The conference team then completes the registration process on behalf of the group.
Step 1
- Use the group PDF form and complete ALL fields, including the Accounts Payable section.
- The form has space for 20 names initially; if more than that, simply replicate page 3 of the PDF as needed.
Step 2
- Return via email to events@ocali.org. OCALI will enter each registrant and send a confirmation email to them upon completion.
