Who is OCALI?

Who is OCALI?Meet Our CentersMission and VisionMultimedia

OCALI stands as a model agency for inspiring change and promoting access for people with disabilities. But how do you describe an organization that serves so many roles for so many people? With ten distinct centers, three world‑class online learning portals, and two centers of excellence, OCALI equips parents, professionals, and educators with the knowledge and tools needed to help people with disabilities live their best lives.

Our work is grounded in three core components: partnerships, policies, and practice.

  • We leverage strong partnerships and networks to drive meaningful change.

  • We influence and inform policies that shape systems and services.

  • We translate research into practical, easy‑to‑use strategies that empower others to thrive.

We are guided by a foundational belief: that people with disabilities have inherent value, worth, and dignity. This principle shapes our direction, fuels our mission, and anchors our commitment to inspiring change and expanding access.
