Rules, regulations, and conditions for participating in OCALICON.
OCALICON will be cancelled due to inclement weather, other natural disasters (flood, earthquake, tornado, fire, etc.), war, strikes, threats or acts of terrorism, or similar acts, disease, only if the Greater Columbus Convention Center is closed or provides notice to OCALICON of its inability to hold the event, or if the City of Columbus, Franklin County, the Governor of Ohio, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or other governmental or international agency declare that an emergency status is in effect for the location of the event. If OCALICON is cancelled due to inclement weather, other natural disasters, or emergencies as set forth herein, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event and apply all registration or exhibitor fees to the rescheduled event dates. Any travel expenses that may have been incurred cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If OCALICON is held but weather conditions (whether forecasted or actualized), natural disaster, or emergency prohibit a participant from traveling to Columbus, OCALICON cannot issue a refund for registration or exhibitor fees.
