Yes, all sessions will be captioned and are a standard feature of the event.
How do I submit my request for accommodations?
When completing the online registration, you will be prompted to enter your request. If filling out a PDF form, a text box is provided. Enter your request(s) in the space provided, and we will be in touch to confirm and provide details/information and next steps. Again, all requests must be received by Wednesday, September 30, 2025. OCALI will do its best to honor requests received after this date, but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
