Once I register, how do I access the live event?
You will log into your OCALI Pass account in order to access the conference. We recommend logging into your account in advance of the conference to ensure you know your password and are ready to go first thing on November 15! We don't want you to be frazzled at the last-minute, trying to figure out how to log in and miss great content!
I know I'm registered, but when I log in, it appears that I'm not. What happened?
In this instance, most people are logging in with an email different from the email that was used for registration. You want to be sure to use the email address where you received your official conference confirmation email. Your registration is tied to a specific email address, not the attendee's name; if the email you're trying to log in with doesn't match the email that is registered, you won't be able to access the content.
I keep trying to reset my password but it says there is an error.
We recommend avoiding special characters (we know, this is the opposite of most logins!). You can use a combination of numbers and lowercase and/or capitlized letters.
I've submitted a request to have my password reset but the email has never come. What do I do?
If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes of your initial request, be sure to check your junk folder. Sometimes this email gets lost in the abyss of cyberspace! If you still have not received it to your inbox or junk folder, send us an email at email@example.com with your request and we will manually reset your password.
