Meet the Hosts

Simon Buehrer

Simon Buehrer

By day, he's OCALI's conference and events manager (and sometimes parody artist). But when OCALICON rolls around, Simon channels his inner David Letterman—admittedly aging himself and confessing to youthful late-night follies when he should have been sleeping (sorry, Mom!)—during live breaks from The Mont, the beloved retired school now serving as OCALI’s headquarters. Equal parts serious and sophomoric, Simon still can’t believe his luck in reprising his role as co-host of OCALICONLINE 2025, convinced someone, somewhere, must have made a mistake.

Tina Evans

Tina Evans

As OCALI’s senior director of programs and center collaboration, Tina has dedicated her career to supporting professionals, children, and families. Away from work, she recharges outdoors—gardening, walking in the woods, and savoring the sunshine. A natural host who dreams of one day becoming an event planner, Tina is thrilled to return as co-host after a successful run in 2024. With her signature 1,000-megawatt smile, she’ll help brighten each break and guide participants toward a rewarding and energizing conference experience.
