Uploading Your Handouts
We hear it every year. Attendees love handouts. They want to attend your session, engage with you and their fellow attendees in an idea and practice exchange, and take something away from the experience.
Your session handouts are an important part of the OCALICON experience! You can help by uploading a session document of your choosing:
- an outline/overview of your main topics/points
- your complete slideshow
- a visual organizer
- a list of take-away thought-provoking questions
- or tips and suggestions attendees can implement immediately in their own work
Once you upload your session handout, it will become available in the OCALICON Session Sorter. These handouts are available to OCALICON attendees before, during, and after the conference.
- Please be sure to prepare your handouts with accessibility in mind.
- Only PDF (25MB maximum) files are allowed. Individual files (including PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, etc.) must be converted to a PDF before you will be allowed to upload the file. Please note: You may only upload one file for each session.
- When your session handout is ready to be uploaded, primary presenters will login to their OCALI Pass account, then scroll down to click Upload Session Handouts. Co-presenters are able to view the handout but not to upload or overwrite the file.
