Rules, regulations, and conditions for participating in OCALICON.
A "registration" grants individual access to and participation in OCALICON. Each conference participant must have some form of registration (attendee, volunteer, presenter, exhibitor, etc.) in order to access and participate in OCALICON.
Official conference name badges are distributed to all OCALICON 2020 participants. A "name badge" serves as a ticket or pass to all events including breakout and keynote sessions, special features, the exhibit hall, and all other events or functions associated with OCALICON 2020. No one will be allowed entrance into sessions, the exhibit hall, and/or keynote sessions without an official OCALICON 2020 name badge.
A single badge is issued to an individual registrant. Badge sharing or badge swapping is strictly prohibited. Badge sharing is defined as the use or wearing of a name badge by anyone other than the person identified on the name badge. Violations of this policy may result in cancellation of the registration without refund and expulsion of all parties from the convention center.
Please note: No advance mailing of name badges will occur. All participants will receive name badges on-site at the convention center.
OCALICON participants are advised to keep their name badge in a safe place throughout the conference. The cost to reprint or replace a name badge is $25.00.
