Sheila Graschinsky is the mother of 4 boys. Her eldest, Ian, has cerebral palsy, a condition that affects his mobility and language. She is the founder and president of Fundación IAN, which promotes inclusion by bringing disability closer to homes and providing tools so that we can all be an active part in building a more inclusive society. Ian was also the inspiration for the recent animated short film of the same name produced by renowned director, Juan José Campanella.
Graschinsky has a bachelor's degree in social communication, is a certified ontological coach, and holds a master's degree in knowledge management from the University of Canberra, Australia. She has worked for the corporate world giving her clients advice on the best ways to improve knowledge in their organizations. The challenges in her personal life and her professional experience as a knowledge management consultant led her to use all her expertise to help others who also had to deal with the bureaucracy of the world of disability. Graschinsky currently lives in Argentina.
