There is no additional cost to participate beyond the donated door prize. Pick something that will pique attendee interest – and serve as a great conversation starter!
For previous exhibitors: this is a new format for door prizes and will replace the previous scavenger hunt.
Description of item(s) and item(s) value must be submitted by Tuesday, September 15, 2020. Physical item does not need to be shipped in advance, but must be brought with you and displayed on-site.
Exhibitor session | $400
Exhibitor sessions provide a private meeting room for your 75-minute session. Have a new product you want to showcase? Or maybe you want some space to demonstrate in action how your product or service works? This is your opportunity to shine a spotlight on your products/services to an attentive audience and build or extend your customer base.

LCD projector and projection screen
Four sessions remain available for purchase as of April 2, 2020.
Session requirements must be received by May 15, 2020.
Inserts or swag must be received by Friday, October 30, 2020.
Print advertisements in conference program | $1,000 - $1,100
Advertise in the OCALICON 2020 program and see to it that attendees lays eyes on your brand. The program is printed in a crisp, four-color matte finish and distributed to conference participants. An electronic version of the program is also posted on the conference website.
Advertising space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Do not have to be an on-site exhibitor to purchase. Company/organization is responsible for ad creation. Ad must be submitted as a high-quality PDF file with all fonts and images embedded and set to press quality. Full-page ads print with .125” bleeds.
Advertisements must be received by Tuesday, September 15, 2020.
