Instructions for receiving credit
- Attend an approved session. To confirm which sessions qualify for general contact hours, visit the Session Sorter and select OCCRRA from the “CEU Organization” drop-down menu. Select the blue 'Sort Sessions' button for results.
- After attending, complete the individual session evaluation.
- Once you complete the evaluation, you will be taken to another screen where you can check the appropriate box(es) for which organizations you want credit from. Select OCCRRA, enter your OPIN number in the ID field, and click the blue "Submit Your CE Providers for this Session." (Pay careful attention to what you submit and that you enter your OPIN number and all other details properly. Once you submit, you cannot go back and edit.)
- Once you complete the evaluation and declare which organizations you want credit from, a link to a PDF file with the session certificate should appear. Click the link to download immediately and save to your files. Access to the PDF certificates will close on January 31, 2025, which is why it's important to save the PDFs immediately to your own records.
- Repeat steps 1-4 as necessary for each session you attend.
- OCALI will verify your attendance within the OCCRRA system within 30 days of on-demand closing on January 10, 2025.
