The Nation's Premier Autism and Disabilities Conference

Proposal Selection and Notification

The primary proposal submitter will receive an email in June 2018 with the note of acceptance or denial. It is the responsibility of the primary proposal submitter to let the other co-presenters know of the decision.

The review committee may recommend that session content be presented in a different session type than originally submitted (i.e. hands-on interactive instead of lecture). The primary submitter will have the opportunity to consider and agree to switch the session type or withdraw the proposal from further consideration.

A presenter agreement will be emailed to each individual presenter (primary and co-presenters). This agreement will need to be signed and returned to OCALI by July 2018.

Once accepted, all presenters will register at the discounted presenter rate and will commit to presenting the session information in person at the designated date, time, and room. (Note: The registration fee is waived for presenters with autism, sensory disabilities, or low-incidence disabilities).

The primary presenter will upload session handouts or materials into the online system in October 2018.
