The Call for Proposals closed on March 20.
Thanks to all who submitted. Notification of acceptance or denial will be sent in early June.
To Submit a Proposal:
1. Review the submission requirements PDF. All criteria are required and will be evaluated and scored in the review process.
2. Only online proposals are accepted. You must create or log in to your OCALI Pass in order to submit a proposal. Each presenter will need their own OCALI Pass and individually submit their own bio and CV/resume.
3. All co-presenters MUST BE ADDED BEFORE the proposal deadline of Monday, March 20, 2017.
NOTE: It is recommended that you use the submission requirement PDF to first compose your responses in an offline format before completing the online form. The form does not auto-save. Please complete the entire form in one sitting. Your login session will time out after 60 minutes of inactivity.
PROPOSAL DEADLINE: 11:59 pm EDT | MONDAY, MARCH 20, 2017.
Proposals will be reviewed in April and May. Presenters will be notified in early June 2017.
Note – All accepted presenters* (primary and co-presenters) must register at the special rate of $50. Presenters are responsible for transportation, meals, lodging, and other costs associated with their presentation (including presentation computer, software, handouts, additional equipment, etc.).
* The registration rate is waived for presenters with autism, sensory, or low-incidence disabilities. Please contact OCALI to confirm.
