Name Badge Policy
Official conference name badges are distributed to all OCALICON 2016 participants. A name badge serves as a "ticket" to all events including sessions, the University Summit, the exhibit hall and any other events or functions associated with OCALICON 2016. No one will be allowed entrance into sessions, the exhibit hall, and/or keynote sessions without an official OCALICON 2016 name badge.
A single badge will be issued to an individual registrant. Badge swapping or badge sharing is not permitted. Violations of this policy may result in cancellation of the registration without refund.
Name badges will be mailed to all U.S. registrants whose respective registrations are received or postmarked by Saturday, October 15, 2016. Name badges will be distributed on-site at the convention center to all U.S. attendees who register after October 15, 2016. International registrants will receive their badges on-site at the convention center.
Name Badge Replacement
OCALICON registrants are advised to keep name badge in a safe place throughout the conference. The replacement name badge fee is $25.00.
